I received an email from a friend that I have had in my life for years and she wanted my opinion. She knows that I am a Realtor® and she also knows that I won't steer her wrong. She has a dilemma that she is facing and wanted my opinion.(She has had renters in the past) Simply stated she knows me as "Me" and appreciates my feedback and "... genuine honesty." as she aptly put it. She also knows that I am analytical and I will look at all sides of... anything, really. When everything thing was said and done, she thanked me for being there and that we' be in touch.
I really enjoy helping friends, family and my clients, especially when they come to me for my opinion, thoughts or any other ideas that come to mind. It's a nice feeling;. ***Just a big warm and fuzzy feeling*** |
